The Riverfront Group (TRG) was founded on the idea that HOA management should be simple, affordable, and efficient. Two of our founding partners spent 5+ years running property management, rental, and maintenance services for a major developer in Knoxville, TN, which spanned more than 30 downtown properties. Through that experience, the idea of The Riverfront Group was born, and thus the business officially began operating in 2024.

Like most HOA management companies, TRG charges a per unit door fee for management services. However, what sets us apart is that we also own the services part of the contract for our clients (landscaping, pest control, maintenance, etc.). This allows us to typically charge a lower per unit door fee and provide the services contract at a lower overall contract cost for our properties.
